How Tzuyang and Heebab's Bodies Handle Extreme Eating
Two of South Korea’s top mukbang content creators, Tzuyang and Heebab, have uncovered the biological secrets behind their unbelievable eating capacities.
According to recent medical checkups, the duo’s ability to consume huge quantities of food stems from abnormally large stomachs and very fast metabolic functions.
Heebab, for example, ate 14 rice portions in one day and had an X-ray, which revealed her stomach was so full that its position was difficult to determine, with her intestines pushed downward.
“The stomach was incredibly extended. Her intestinal organs were compressed to accommodate the stomach’s expansion,” explained her physician.
The doctor added that Heebab’s stomach is remarkably elastic, which allows her to manage large food volumes without experiencing bloating or pain.
She also disclosed that she has three to four bowel movements daily, which indicates high metabolic activity and efficient digestion.
Doctors confirmed that her digestive performance and metabolism exceed normal levels, giving her an advantage in the mukbang world.
Tzuyang received a similar diagnosis. After sedation for a colonoscopy, doctors found her stomach capacity to be 30–40% greater than the average for her body size, a key reason behind her extreme eating abilities.
